Hi
Robin this should have been sent yesterday but i was very tied up.
Just like to say a big thank you for coming over and pointing me in
the right direction with the computer. As you know this is not one
of my strong points and you explained everything in a plain and
simple way and as always I know if I don't understand anything or
need help you are only a phone/email away. if I'd known it was
going to take a while I would have offered you a meal you must have
been starving by the time you got back home, maybe next time?

I had spent 17 years working with my wife as
a magic act on b oard luxury cruise liners all over the world
when in a matter of 12 months my world was turned upside down by the break down of my
marriage, and so the loss of my income. Then the sudden passing of
my father.. life really couldn't have been much worse.
I
was pretty broke and really needed some income urgently. I saw an
advert in my local paper for "cleaners wanted" I called up
and along came Robin from "Dolly Char" to interview me. He
offered me some cleaning work straight away. Initially I was a bit
reluctant; after all I'd spent most of my adult life on board cruise
ships with someone else doing my cleaning! Still needs must as they
say, so I said yes and
got started with my first few clients.
After a couple of months Robin
explained to me that he was actually franchising Dolly Char. He
kindly said that he thought that I would make a good franchisee and
asked me if I would be interested. My first thought
was why do I need to spend money on a franchise when I could set up
on my own, but having given it some thought an talked to other
people who owned other franchises I realised that the benefits of
buying into an existing business model and the support that Robin
could offer were much better that trying to start from scratch.
Finally I took the plunge and my life changed almost over night.
Since getting started with Dolly Char I now have the kind of
financial security that I have always wanted. So much so that I have
just booked my first holiday in Ten years...we're going to the
Maldives.
All I can say is thank you Robin and DOLLY CHAR!!!!!

Just a
line to let you know we are back safely, and just to say thank you
so much for your hospitality over the last two days. Both Alan and I
have found the training to be informative and very simple to
